- 03: How do I order the easy way with Community? [Back to Top]
- Browse our site using the menu on the left. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the option you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
- You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
- After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
- You will be asked to give us your billing address and shipping address.
- You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Florida shipments only) and shipping charges. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
- After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.

We have a "real time inventory" system. If it's on the website, it should be in stock. If you order something and it's not in stock, you will be notified by email within 24 hrs. If you don't see what you're looking for on the website, feel free to email support@communityskateandsnow.com to request a product.
- 05: What are Community's shipping rates and options? [Back to Top]
Community uses UPS and USPS for all shipments.
We ship as fast as possible. All shipping rates Include Shipping, Handling, and Insurance. We currently only list shipping rates for the U.S. and Canada.

Everything on our site is in stock. If you can get your order submitted by 3:00 pm MST we will do our very best to ship your order the same day.

Community accepts:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Checks and Money Orders
All Funds must be in U.S. Dollars
Credit Cards:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. This cuts down on the cost of our bookkeeping, and allows us to keep our prices low. We may ship partial orders at any time, but will continue to deliver all goods without any additional charges.
Checks:
Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and made out to Community. Send copy of order along with your check to:

- 08: How are invoices and reciepts handled by Community? [Back to Top]
You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy.
All orders shipped from Community will include a packing slip or invoice with the name of Community on top of receipt.
- 09: Will I be charged sales tax? [Back to Top]
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Colorado. Colorado State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).
- 10: What is Community's policy on order cancellation? [Back to Top]
If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 303.423.2518, as these requests must be received via phone. If our Customer Lines are engaged, you will be asked to leave a message. Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be canceled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded

We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an inhouse credit NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:
*Call 303.423.2518 within 5 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" code. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code".
*Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or inhouse credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
*Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached.
*Include a copy of the shipping invoice which accompanies your merchandise.
*Provide a legible explanation on a separate piece of paper.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Community within 30 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after our receipt of merchandise, may take up to 45 business days.
*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
MERCHANDISE NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL BE REFUSED!

Our "Statement Of Security" is your assurance that you'll never have to worry about credit card safety, while shopping at Community Skate and Snow.
We utilize a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for data encryption to protect the transmission of information, you submit to Community when you use our online shopping cart.. This means your credit card number, and order details are scrambled during the transaction process.
If you send us information via email, we advise you that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception.
